I'M NOT SURE MY COLOUR MATCHES THE WEBSITE COLOUR CHART?

If this is perhaps your first time purchasing a clip in we do understand it can be quite hard to determine your colour via looking at a computer screen, of course if you are as easy as a BLACK, or WHITE BLONDE it makes your decision for purchasing rather easy, however if your not sure please contact us and advise what colours you think look the closest to your hair and we will be happy to send you a sample strand of this colour to look at.

IF I PURCHASE A CLIP IN AND THE COLOUR ISNT RIGHT CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER COLOUR?

Yes you have the option to either return the clip in for another colour or for a refund provided the following rules have been met:

  1. 1: You contact us once the clip in is received and advise us that you need to either return it or receive a refund. ( product must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase) as specified on our return policy.
  2. 2: The clip in is still intact in its original packaging as how we sent it too you, it has not been taken out of its packaging nor the packaging damaged in any way and this will be determined by our company once product is returned. ( to match the product to your hair we have placed the hairpiece in a clear press button bag this way you can clearly see the hair colour or open the press button at the bottom of the bag in order to hold the hairpiece up to your hair. There is no need to take the hairpiece out of its ties and if you decide to do this then we consider you to be keeping the clip in and no refund or exchange will be allowed.
    ***you don’t try on underwear and then return it so same rules go with human hair clip ins once worn and tampered with consider the item sold.***
  3. 3: Please be aware that we do NOT REFUND EXPRESS POSTAGE COSTS as this is a service to you to ensure you receive the goods.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CLIP INS AND WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE ON THEM?

When you receive the clip in you will notice that it is in a plastic press button bag, this makes it easy to store the hairpiece in so the hair doesn’t obtain dust, mildew or dampness on it whilst your not wearing it.

Or another great place to store your clip in is into a box where you can place a soft silk or satin scarf at the bottom of the box for the hairpiece to lay on. Remember to put the lid on!!!

The products we use have been especially formulated to cater for the care of hair extensions, which means that they contain the correct ingredients to keep your hairpiece in good condition.

Our experience and research in the hair extension field has provided us with the knowledge of what some products and their ingredients can do too damage your extensions, and being that longer hair is prone to more damage than shorter hair , extensions require you to use the correct products in order for them to be kept from matting or drying out.

And by using our shampoo and styling care range you are feeding your extensions with the necessary ingredients that they need so that they remain in top condition.

It is important to remember that extensions were originally attached to a scalp where the hair was receiving its acquired nutrients in order to grow , so without the hair being attached to a scalp we need to give the hair extensions back the goodness it requires to stay in healthy condition.

CAN I USE A STRAIGHTNER AND CURL MY CLIP INS?

Yes you can but it is important to use one of our hair care range heat protectants first so that a barrier is placed on the hair to protect it from the damage that heat can do, Just like if we were to go into the sun without sunscreen our skin would be burnt to a frazzle, so the necessary comman sense applies to your hair as well.

Its a good idea to get someone to hold the clip whilst you curl it or straighten it, that way it is not being curled whilst it is clipped into your hair and you wont feel the pulling strain on your own scalp.
